Terms of Purchase

Seller

Vongraven Images is operated by Vongraven Natur og Media, a Norwegian sole proprietorship.

Products

The products sold through Vongraven Images are digital photographs and digital video files. No physical product is supplied unless this is expressly agreed separately.

Images are supplied as full-resolution JPG files. Timelapse videos are supplied as full-resolution MP4 files at the native edited resolution specified for the individual video.

Images and videos displayed on the website may be reduced in resolution or otherwise optimized for web viewing. The purchased download is the full-resolution version offered for sale.

Licenses

Each purchase includes either a Personal or Commercial license, as selected by the customer before payment. The license determines how the purchased photograph or video may be used.

Copyright and ownership of the photograph or video are not transferred to the purchaser.

Prices and payment

The price applicable to the selected product and license is shown before the customer proceeds to payment. Prices are displayed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is processed through the payment provider presented during checkout. The purchase is completed when payment has been successfully confirmed.

Delivery

Digital files are normally made available for download immediately after successful payment.

The download link may be time-limited. A time-limited link does not reduce the license rights acquired with the purchase.

If a technical problem prevents the customer from downloading the purchased file, please contact Vongraven Images at images@vongraven.com.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal for purchases made online. Special rules apply to digital content that is supplied immediately by download.

Where immediate delivery is requested, the customer will be asked before completing the purchase to expressly consent to delivery beginning immediately and to acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal is lost when delivery of the digital content begins.

This does not affect any mandatory rights the customer may have if the digital file is defective, unavailable or otherwise not supplied in accordance with the purchase agreement.

Problems with a purchase

If the downloaded file is corrupt, cannot be accessed, or is not the file that was purchased, please contact images@vongraven.com with sufficient information to identify the purchase.

Vongraven Images will seek to resolve genuine delivery or file problems by providing access to the correct file or another appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Copyright and redistribution

Purchasing a file grants usage rights under the selected license. It does not transfer copyright or ownership in the underlying photograph or video.

The original digital file may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed or made available for others to download except as expressly permitted by the applicable license or by a separate written agreement.

Applicable law

Purchases from Vongraven Images are governed by Norwegian law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to the purchaser.
